Owned by Lebanese born chef Jad Youssef and his partner, the menu offers a selection of modestly priced mezze and main course dishes, as well as traditional Lebanese desserts.
Some of our favourite sharing dishes include Hommos Shwarma (Hommos topped with marinated thin slices of lamb fillet), tabboule (Chopped parsley, mint, spring onion, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice and cracked wheat), and Arayes (Grilled crispy pitta bread filled with spiced minced lamb, onion and tahini sauce). Some not to miss main course grills include the Kafta Meshoue (charcoal grilled spiced minced lamb, onion and parsley skewers, grilled tomato, sumac onion salad) and the mixed grill.
We love the Lebanese cocktails served in the evening such as the Coriander Martini served with gin, midori, fresh coriander and passion fruit to complement the Lebanese menu. Yalla Yalla is certainly a place which encompasses all our favourite attributes; great food, cosy atmosphere and reasonably priced.
