The menu consists of a comprehensive selection of antipasti (many of the cured meats), small plates, homemade pastas and pizzas, and Italian dishes based around produce that is delivered daily, ensuring that the menu is refreshingly diverse from day to day. Standouts include lardo with spinach & egg pizza, venison tagliatelle and selection of antipasti such as ox tongue, tripe & chilli or deep fried frogs legs.
These guys also make many of their own drinks such as ‘chinotto’ syrup - their own twist on the classic Italian bitter cola beverage. The fruit for the chinotto is roasted with spices and made into a soft drink that is served only at this restaurant.
