Open to the public only during the day, Il Cudega is transformed to an intimate dining setting for a series of Supper Clubs hosted by Giovani and Luca in the evenings, focusing on ingredients, dishes and wines from Northern Italy.
The supper clubs are a lavish and delicious 3 - 5 course affair paired with wines, starting with an aperitivo and antipasti hour. Previous supper clubs included an ingredient lead menu of recipes from Lake Garda, and another celebrating the Italian sparkling wine, Franciacorta. Our favourite was the Notte di Gorgonzola which included the opening of a whole 1kg form of Gorgonzola, and outstanding dishes like Delica pumpkin and sugar beet lasagne with Gorgonzola invecchiato and thyme butter!
