"When in Ombra" launched earlier this month with a special one night event with Ben Rand, Head Chef at The Dairy, Clapham. The night's showstopper was Zampone - stuffed pig’s trotter – famously prepared and eaten in Modena. Over the next month we'll see takeovers from the likes of chefs from Lyles, Koya and Polka Pants.
