We salivated over the Lemon and honey chicken wings, they were not only delicious but Omar showed us how very easy they are to make, and his homely favourite is the Slow-Cooked Pork Belly with a sweet, spicy and sour sauce. Other dishes to try are the Moorish marinated lamb cutlets, Mushroom gratin with ham mayonnaise and the Seafood paella, finished with lemon and olive oil cookies!
