Rotunda’s commitment to serving only well-sourced and well-cooked meat stems from their very own farm, where they ensure the animals have matured naturally and spent enough time grazing for their meat to develop a rich, superior flavour. The annual Spring Lamb Dinner showcases this ethos with drinks and canapés on arrival, a butchery demonstration and talks from the chefs followed by a flavoursome six course tasting menu centred around their Northumberland lamb.
