We all know it’s not polite to play with our food, but at POPdown, the luxury gastronomy experts from Cuisson are encouraging you to get handsy with your oysters and dirty with your dessert! First established last April, POPdown was quickly voted the 6th best pop up in the world, meaning, you better book yourself in ASAP!
The menu, designed by the Cuisson team who collectively trained in some of the world’s top restaurants (Danesfield House, Galvin at Windows, Vijante, Maze Gordon Ramsay) is innovative, delicate and high-end in presentation and execution.
Dishes include tuna tataki, ginger and soy marinated grilled pork loin and satsuma custard sesame and citrus salad, and regularly change depending on market availability.

Downstairs is Cuisson’s very own bar named Ikagai, where craft beers, wines and bespoke cocktails are served, and for those looking for a more intimate setting, a private dining room is available for hire for up to 20 guests
5 course tasting menus are £45 served at 7pm, 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) and available for advance bookings
