The Archipelago Ayam Legend (chapter 3) looks towards the warmer climes and heads south across the Paciﬁc Ocean to the Indonesian Archipelago. A long journey is rewarded with the delights of a wide variety of exotic seafood dishes representative of the multitude of Indonesia’s islands, each with their own distinctive combination of regional ingredients and styles of cooking.
Presented as a mighty seafood platter (rijstafel) TOKO signature dishes include Udang Pepes (Javanese fragrant prawns steamed in banana leaf) and Ikan Bumbu Bali (Balinese grilled ﬁsh in spicy tomato sauce) to name but a few.
Each chef delivers a unique 4 course seafood experience with an after dinner drink. The ticket price is £24.
Sip on rum ration cocktails and craft beers with a nautical theme at the Shanty Shack main bar, and special after dinner cocktails at the newly installed second bar, The Captain's Cabin.
Walk-ins are most certainly welcome, drinks and bar snacks will be available all night.
