This weekend The Salon in Brixton is unveiling the new 'Grouse' seasonal menu. Thanks to the late spring and recent heat wave, experts have predicted this year to be the best grouse season for years, and we are told the Salon have a great supplier in Yorkshire, with the birds coming from Nidderdale at the peak of their flavour!
