Alongside its hearty Viennese cuisine, the menu will also offer Boopshis’ classic desserts, including their decadent sachertorte and their renowned Oma’s apple streudel, created from their grandmother’s secret recipe. Those looking to quench their thirst will be able to enjoy The Horseshoe’s selection of Camden Town Brewery beers (originally brewed on site) as well as a large range of wine and spirits.
Co-owner of Boopshi’s, Ben Robson, said “Being able to take over the reins at the Horseshoe kitchen was an opportunity we couldn’t refuse. As my brother Ed and I began our hospitality careers there, it is incredibly exciting to team up with our old friends and take the Boopshi’s experience to Hampstead, where our passion for the industry started. We hop e this residency is the first of many so that we can continue to serve our food across the capital.”
Since aspiring to open a restaurant together as teenagers, Ed & Ben brought their grandparents recipes to life when they opened the doors of Boopshi’s in Fitzrovia in 2013. Now with an established reputation in the industry, and a legion of loyal schnitzel fans, this new residency is a chance for Boopshi’s to expand their offering to new customers in their former stomping ground.
